Aquines

Queen Galacia was the first of the Aquine race. It has been rumoured that she was born from the very stars that shine at night and that she lived among them alone.

Galacia did not know her purpose, nor did she know why she was created. She knew that she felt emotions - she felt alone. In the vast space that surrounded her, she was the only life within the billions of stars and galaxies.

Through the magic in the galaxy around her, Galacia created small worlds that almost instantly shattered into stardust. She did not stop, however, until she realised that no matter how many times she tried, she would never create life around her.

Galacia gathered all the stardust from her failed creations and used its magical energy along with her own life force to create a world inside her body that she could nurture. 

​

Along with the world inside her body, millions of small equines were created from the stardust, scattered all over her world, and filled with beautiful worlds of their own.

​

It is rumoured that Galacia's body still floats in space in a state of eternal sleep, keeping the world inside her safe from any harm, however, nobody knows for sure whether or not she is still out there, or if after the thousands of years she finally merged with the world inside her to create a planet at last.

In the heart of Haven, the Central region of Galacia, a large Crystal Shard lies deep within the sacred crystal caves. This magnificant shard represents the heart and soul of Queen Galacia, and is where new Aquines are created, using the power of the crystal to merge the stardust and water together to form a new Aquine. The crystal is guarded by the legendary Galaxy Aquines, whose inside is a window to the galaxy outside Galacia.
