The Community
The Community is a massive part of what makes Aquines. Aquines!! We are constantly growing as a community and all participation counts. It is because of this that we have decided to turn the species into an Art Roleplay Game.

Although this was the intention from the very creation of Aquines, the process in bringing all of this content to you has been tiring and very stressful and ahs unfortunately taken this long.
​
Major events are right around the corner as we work around the clock to get things up and running. Listed below are just some of the things we have planned for you as Aquine owners.
Monthly Event
Starting on the 1st of each month and lasts until the end of the month, is a special monthly event in which there will be a plotline.
All artists that complete this will receive the usual Shard & Tearstone bonus, along with a special Event stone, however one or more lucky artist that is chosen by Staff will receive a special prize to thank them for their participation. Prizes can range from uncommon and rare traits, items and other bonuses that will be listed on the event itself.

These Events are similar in design to Quests, however the rewards are much bigger and there is a deadline, as apposed to Quests that have no deadline and reap the same rewards for each participant.
​
The plot will most likely reference or continue on from previous months and will usually have a major theme or element to it. We do this to encourage users to try drawing things they probably wouldn't otherwise.
​
All entries must have backgrounds in order to count. Additionally, if art isn't your strong point you can write a story instead, however it must be quality and follow the requirements on the event.
​
Prompts
Prompts are just one out of many activities planned for this species. We plan to have at least one small prompt every week, with a larger month-long event.
​
These small prompts can range from drawing your Aquine with a friend's Aquine, drawing your Aquine doing something relating to the season, or perhaps something more unique like gender bending or species changing. It could even relate to the world inside!

Make sure to check the homepage for the latest prompt as once it has ended you won't be able to earn rewards for entries sent in after.
​
Prompts usually earn you bonus Shards (money) that go to you as an artist and bonus Tearstones (experience points) for the Aquines that participated in the prompts, so it is a good way to farm experience and money within the species.
​
You will also receive a special white stone that represents your involvement in Prompts. In the future these may be exchanged for bigger prizes.
​
There is no "judging" of any sorts for prompts, they are just there for fun.
Questing
Quests are special jobs that require you to draw or write about your Aquine following a specific task or set of tasks in order to reach an end goal.
​
Like all other prompts and events, you will receive bonus Shards & Tearstones, along with any rewards specified in the Quest description.
​
Quests do not expire (unless specified as a limited Quest) and often have a purpose to them. For example, once you have owned an Aquine for at least 2 weeks you can participate in the Identity Quest which sends your Aquine to Equestria in order to find out who they truly are by searching for objects that represent them. Once brought back to Concordia, the Wizard Aquine, your Aquine will get to keep these items inside their body, and will be granted the power to travel to and from their world.

There will be some Advanced Quests with massive rewards that only Aquines with the tank required to participate can join.
